Drains and Basins

The below list of fittings illustrates the tool icon along with the <schema name> <item name> used in above key in syntax, and the description of the fitting.

BMP_RoundCleanout "Round Cleanout" Floor Drain — A floor drain is installed in the floor of a structure, mainly designed to remove any standing water near it. It has gratings that are made of metal or plastic, and a smooth strainer secured over it.
BMP_FloorTrough "Floor Trough" Floor Trough — Supports floor draining requirements of plumbing sanity design. The bars construct a grating structure. Water from stub outlet is flowed through bench-mounted, slightly sloping enclosures containing pots and flooded floor (special sloped concrete flooring is flooded and drained).
BMP_ChannelGrate "Channel Grate" Channel Drain — Trench drain containing a dominant through- or channel-shaped body and a solid cover gratings made of metal or plastic used for evacuation of surface water or for the containment of utility lines or chemical spills. Characterized by its long length and narrow width, the cross-section of the drain is a function of the maximum flow volume anticipated from the surrounding surface.
BMP_RainWaterOutlet "Floor Mounted" Rain Water Outlet — Drain system designed to drain excess rain and ground water from flat roofs, as well as on balconies and parking decks efficient drainage.
BMP_ParapetDrain "Parapet" Parapet Drain — Used to set flush with the roof deck and parapet wall junction. In the event of heavy rain the evacuation of emergency overflow or when the primary drain becomes clogged, the parapet drain mounted on the parapet wall handles the drainage. The oblique grate prevents debris from blocking drainage.
BMP_PlanterDrain "Planter" Planter Drain — Used to design planter drainage systems on balconies, roof tops, and courtyard patios. The cone structure create an air space around the sides and base of planters. This allows for fast and efficient drainage by allowing water to drain from all sides of the planter, eliminating the "corking effect" created by soil fines.
BMP_ParkingDrain "Parking Drain" Parking Drain — Parking lot/deck drains used to protect large open surface areas with large volume runoffs such as driveways, patios, swimming pools, sidewalks, entries and parking lots.
BMP_FloorDrain4Way "default Floor Drain 4 Way — Conventional floor drain having 4 ports suitable to gut in more standing water.
BMP_FloorDrain5Way "default" Floor Drain 5 Way — A floor drain having 5 ports.
BMP_FloorDrain6Way "default" Floor Drain 6 Way — A floor drain having 6 ports.
BMP_RectangularCatchBasin "Rectangular" Rectangular Catch Basin — Square grates cased in rectangular body, the catch basin is used in large areas of surface drainage, installed in the middle of a section of trench drain to receive debris and redirect waste water.
BMP_RoundCatchBasin "Round" Round Catch Basin — Catch basin with atrium grates stalled in basin adaptor having round riser suitable openings, suitable to remove waters from downspouts and away from foundations.
BMP_GreaseTrap "Grease Trap" Grease Trap — Grease trap is corrosion-resistant coated fabricated steel with no-hub connections, flow diffusing baffle, integral trap, and vented inlet flow control device. Used for removing and retaining grease from wastewater in kitchen and restaurant areas where food is prepared.
